I’m a LGBTQIA+ affirming psychotherapist and certified coach. I enjoy working with couples who love each other and want things to be better, but keep getting pulled into the same frustrating patterns. In session, I’m warm, honest, and engaged. I’ll help you notice what is happening underneath the defensiveness or shutdown, and make space for both of you to turn toward one another again. I care a lot about helping couples remember that they are on the same team. My goal is for therapy to be a place where you can be real with each other, repair when things get ruptured, and leave feeling closer to one another.

I love working with people who are thoughtful, self-aware, and genuinely curious about themselves. You may already understand some of your patterns but still find yourself people-pleasing, holding back your emotions, or second-guessing what you need. I’m not interested in just helping you analyze yourself more. I want therapy to be a place where you can slow down, be honest, and start trusting yourself in a different way. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a little humor into the room, and I’m comfortable gently challenging you when I think it will help. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling more grounded in yourself, more able to express what you feel, and more free to show up in relationships as who you actually are.
